Our main goal is to improve the communication of a person. We do this by eliminating the problem that occurs in communication.

Communication is a key part of life and makes it possible for us to work together. Without communication, it would be impossible for us to work together or execute normal functions of life. Without communication, cooperation would be impossible and executing normal functions of life would be difficult.

To better understand the relationship between our communication and the functions that we execute, it is important to treat both entities as separate. For instance, if we communicate about buying a house, we can treat the communication about buying the house as an entity, and the purchase of the house itself as another entity. Without our communication about buying the house, it is not possible for us to buy that house.

While the functions that we execute depend on our communication, the quality of our communication is also important. For instance, if we communicate about buying a house, but the quality of that communication is not good, then the result will be flawed. In order to execute our functions without error, it is important to communicate without error. Without identifying and correcting errors in the communication about buying the house, it is impossible to complete that function or that transaction without flaw.

The communication of a person includes both an external view and an internal view. For instance, if we communicate about buying a house, the external view of that communication is what we read or hear (oral or written communication). The internal view of that communication is what we think in terms of communication. For instance, as we communicate about buying a house, we also think about buying that house. In order to solve the communication problem, neither the external nor internal view can be disregarded.
