The Speak Logic Function at Location connects customers and businesses together, where customers can identify their problems and businesses or providers can identify their functions.
Both public and private businesses can use the app to connect to their customers. For example, an apartment complex can use the app to connect with its tenants, where tenants can send service requests. Mechanic shops can connect with their customers. Restaurants can also connect with their customers. The app can also be used without a connection
Businesses can track their stats to identify problems solved during specific time periods. How many people they served, track feedback and make service adjustments to provide better results and improve customer satisfaction. A graphical trend is available for businesses to show service performance related to time.
Problems are broadcasted to specific businesses to show the problem, where the business can make an instant decision on solving that problem. For example, a person who has a car problem may show a video of that problem to a mechanic, then the mechanic can determine an approach to solve that problem to help the customer.

Problem listing and function listing, where a person can list a problem and a business can list a function that can be used to solve that problem. The person can assign the problem to the function the business provides and the function provided by the business can be used to solve that problem.
Different types of connections can be created for different types of businesses . For example, landlords and tenants can create their own connection. Mechanics and customers can do so as well as doctors and patients . The connection enables easy access to functions provided by the business to solve problems for their customers.
Instant problem broadcasting, where a problem can be privately shown to a business to make an instant decision on solving the problem. A business can assign a function to a problem posted by a person to show that the function can solve it. A person who has a problem can also assign that problem to a business to show that the function provided by the business can solve the problem.
Stats tracking to show the number of problems solved by a function provided by a business. Using a stats tracker, a business can identify whether or not the function provided by that business solves the problem it intended to and make adjustments if necessary. The feedback trend can also be used by businesses to help strengthen customer experience.
